Penerangan Kerja Kelayakan Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience within the manufacturing industry. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and hands-on experience with ERP systems. Experience with ERP implementation is a significant advantage. Professional Expertise: Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and cost accounting principles. A background in audit is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure. Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of accountability. Language: Full professional proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with our Mandarin-speaking clients. Tanggungjawab Full-Set Accounting: Manage the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and Inventory accounting. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), accompanied by insightful analysis and commentary. Cost & Inventory Management: Oversee all costing and inventory operations. Conduct rigorous cost analysis, prepare inventory reports, and lead periodic stock counts to ensure accuracy and optimal control. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point of contact for external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and bankers. Professionally manage communications with clients and vendors. Cash Flow & Credit Control: Perform regular bank reconciliations and proactively manage customer collections to minimize overdue payments and improve working capital. System Implementation: Play a key role in the ongoing implementation and optimization of our ERP system to enhance financial processes.
