• Minimum 2 years of Finance/Accounting experience.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Finance, or Professional Qualification in accounting such as LCCI & ACCA.
• Experience with Quickbook Accounting System preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
• Fluent in English.

What you\'ll be doing on the job

• Perform full set of accounts and manage the day to day financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports.
• Prepare annual budgets and perform variance analysis on actual results against budget.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and monitor corrective action plans.
• Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc. whenever necessary.
• Review and advise the management on the potential business risk that may arise from the change in the statutory requirements, cross border investment, forex risk and etc.
