The Senior Finance Executive will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within the property industry. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, KL Sentral and requires a proactive individual with a solid background in accounting and finance.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards (eg. MEC, YEC).
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the department and business units.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and controls are in place.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage cash flow and ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.

A successful Senior Finance Executive should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
