Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting a smooth daily operations all the accounting matters, maintain an accurate data posting, supporting in month/year end closing, and to liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

• Provide support for day-to-day jobs in accounting/finance functions such as accounts payable and receivables, subscriptions, redemption, creations, cancellations, income distribution, switching, commissions, third party payments, staff claims and taxes
• Perform accurate data posting for journal vouchers, payments, and receipts into the accounting system in accordance with the companies\' policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper accounting records including for bank reconciliation and documents control.
• Support supervisor in month-end/year-end closing where necessary.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker and other relevant stakeholders as required.
• Undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time.

• Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in Finance or Accountancy related fields are encouraged to apply
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills
• Open to transition to different role within accounting/finance functions
• Having a right attitude, meticulous, high level of integrity, highly organised and strong leadership qualities
