• Oversee prepaid collections and billing process to ensure the process are being carried out promptly and effectively
• Perform reconciliations, clearing of collections received and posting of accounting entries.
• Process refund, handling dispute and request from merchant bank
• Process issuance of invoice, debit note and credit note
• Update balance sheet analysis and monitor AR ageing
• Facilitate internal and external auditors.
• Update monthly KPI and ISO relates documents
• Participate in process improvements with Finance, Operation and IT team to achieve higher efficiencies.
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or Accounting professional qualifications with minimum 2 year of experience.
• Must have good command of English - both written and oral.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to perform in high-paced and dynamic environment to meet timelines.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
