Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master\'s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5-7 years) in finance, accounting, or related roles.
  • Proven knowledge on taxation planning
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and Autocount systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide management decisions.
  • Monitor and assess the financial implications of business initiatives and projects.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of budgetary goals and performance metrics.
3. Financial Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Review and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial positions, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard assets.
  • Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
5. Financial Strategy:
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic financial plans to support organizational growth and objectives.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Present financial reports, analyses, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial colleagues, fostering a shared understanding of financial matters.
7. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline financial operations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging financial trends to drive continuous improvement.
