Update and maintain financial records and spreadsheets in the
ERP/AutoCount system
, ensuring all daily transactions, reconciliations, and journals are accurately recorded.
Process supplier payments, administer invoices, and record staff expense claims in line with approved budgets and company policies.
Ensure
timely and accurate payment processing
, supported by proper documentation, approvals, and filing in both physical and digital formats.
Prepare and verify
payroll-related data
for monthly salary processing, including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Review, reconcile, and
audit financial reports
and accounting records to ensure compliance with internal controls and financial standards.
Handle
SST submission
and related documentation, including tax computation, return filing, and liaison with Customs or relevant authorities.
Support
year-end closing
and
internal/external audit processes
, ensuring all schedules, vouchers, and supporting documents are complete and readily available.
Generate
financial summaries, management reports, and cost analysis
for decision-making purposes.
Independently manage
finance and administrative functions
, including correspondence, inquiries, and document control.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial and employee data, with regular system backups and access control.
Uphold
5S practices
, good housekeeping, and maintain a systematic filing environment within the Finance Department.
Perform any other finance, accounting, or administrative tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a finance or accounting role.
Must have experience in handling audit processes
and working with auditors.
Proficient in accounting software, preferably
ERP systems
and
AutoCount
.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
is preferred
.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Able to start work immediately is highly preferable.
