Company InformationA client from the logistic / supply chain industry is looking for a Senior Finance Executive role, based in Mont Kiara.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc).
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, and procedures.
- Assist in new processes and system implementation as and when required.
- Involve in treasury functions which includes project financing and cash management.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.
- Possess Degree/Professional Certificate in relevant field
- Well verse in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software (SQL/ERP/OBM/MYOB/etc)
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
- Able to under minimum supervision, friendly and team oriented
