Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial operations for VAD Capital and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Prepare and review full sets of accounts, monthly closing, and other related task. Develop cash flow forecasting, budget planning, and financial analysis for management. Monitor and control subsidiary financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities. Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and legal advisors when necessary. Support senior management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives. Coach, mentor, and supervise junior finance executives in daily operations. Other ad-hock task or special project may assigned from time to time.
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 4 to 6 years' experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax. Proficient in full set of account is an added value. Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software or other related accounting software. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
