About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Senior Finance Executive
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily finance operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the group's overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bookkeeping & Reporting
Perform account reconciliations (including operational and client accounts).
Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
2. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow positions and liquidity requirements.
Manage banking relationships and ensure optimal use of banking facilities.
Oversee & make payments on time
Review claims and reimbursement requests.
3. Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with statutory obligations including e-Invoice, tax, SST, and others.
Coordinating with external auditors on audit and tax agents on tax compliance
4. Procurement
Oversee centralized procurement process and supplier onboarding.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
5. Support for Business Operations
Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Support consolidated financial reporting for the group.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance (tax, SST, e-Invoice).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken). Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
RM3,800 - RM4,800 per month (based on experience)
5-day work week (Monday - Friday)
