-In charge of preparing the entire set of accounts, which includes the income statement, notes to the income statement, trial balance, project ledger, balance sheet, and notes to the balance sheet.
-Review the monthly management accounts reconciliations of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
-To examine and assess whether newly incurred project expenses exceed approved budgeted costs.
-Assist with day-to-day operations, such as accounting and treasury responsibilities.
-To accept any tasks or responsibilities that may arise.
Requirements
-Holds a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI
-At least 3 years' experience in the construction/property development industry is required
-Have strong commitment, discipline, and sense of responsibility
-Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
-Ability to work independently with little supervision, ready to pick up new tasks, and eager to learn
-Experienced with the filling method and record keeping
-Computer-savvy with solid MS Excel and UBS/IFCA Accounting Software skills
