We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and will be proficient in SAP, QuickBooks, and ERP software. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company\'s financial operations, including but not limited to AR and AP entries to SAP, Quick Book, and ERP. Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in SAP, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Prepare and analyze AR reports
- Assist in internal and external audits, as well as tax preparation and filing
- Generate inventory reports and manage inventory levels
- Oversee human resource functions, including payroll and benefits administration
- Conduct month-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, as needed
- Coordinate and conduct year-end stock takes
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
- Experience with SAP, QuickBooks, and ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with HR functions a plus
