About the Role

Klitz Vibrant Imported Kitchens Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a

highly competent and experienced Senior Finance Executive

to join our esteemed team in

Simpang Ampat, Penang

.
This

full-time position

plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial management, accounting, and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the

full spectrum of accounting functions

, including the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports. Manage

accounts payable and receivable

, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payment vouchers, and reconciliation of debtors and creditors statements. Ensure that all

accounting entries, journals, and ledgers

are accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Perform

financial statement reviews and balance sheet reconciliations

, resolving any outstanding issues promptly. Prepare

annual tax computations, estimations, and filings

, ensuring compliance with statutory tax requirements. Coordinate and liaise with

auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries

on all relevant financial matters. Exhibit a high degree of

professionalism, integrity, and accountability

in managing assigned duties. Undertake any

ad hoc financial or administrative tasks

as directed by Management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of

three (3) years of relevant experience

in a finance or senior finance capacity. Demonstrated proficiency in

financial accounting, reporting, and data analysis

. Comprehensive understanding of

financial regulations, standards, and compliance requirements

. Strong

analytical and problem-solving

capabilities, with keen attention to detail. Proficient in

financial software systems

and

Microsoft Office applications

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

Self-motivated

, proactive, and able to work both

independently and collaboratively

within a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
