HR & Admin
Assist in execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Training Development, Performance Review, Employee Relations and Orientation program.
Assist in recruitment process including advertising posting, candidate screening, interview and preparing letter of employment.
Assist in monthly payroll processing, attendance checking and leave maintenance for all employees.
Assist in review or improve HR policies and procedures to ensure proficiency.
Assist in departmental yearly job performance or job confirmation review.
Handling staff disciplinary, grievances and misconduct issues.
To ensure allowances and reimbursement claims are verified on time and accurately.
Prepare promotion letters, confirmation letters, Salary Increment letter and other HR related letters.
Assist in issuance of memo for any announcement from Management.
Updating employee personal records and ensuring proper filing from time to time.
To organize proper record and filing on all HR related files.
Liaising with government authorities to ensure company\'s compliance with related statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly company manpower listing and headcount and also HR related reports.
Attend employees\' queries pertaining to HR policies.
Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HOD and Management.
