You will be supporting and reporting directly to the CEO, based in Alor Setar.Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of finance and accounting matters, along with operational functions.
• Ensure that all financial and operational activities are aligned with the group SOPs.
• Manage the team of staffs on their daily scopes and provide guidance when required.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and financial analysis for discussion with the CEO and other management team.
• Perform cost analysis and detailed analysis of financial performance against group metrics and budgets.
• Review and improve group SOPs, systems implementation and collaborate with IT team to improve system processes.
• Responsible for forecast and budgeting activities.
• Perform in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial reporting and people management experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit.
• Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
• Possess strong critical thinking, passionate in helping in improving operational matters and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and effective communication skills in English.
