Analyze and optimize the company's capital structure (debt vs. equity)
Support treasury activities, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
Evaluate and execute financial strategies (debt issuance, equity raises, loan financing)
Main Task: Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and bankers
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) & Strategic Investments
Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
Develop complex valuation models (DCF, MBO/LBO, comparable analysis)
Structure deals and negotiate key financial terms
Evaluate strategic partnerships and minority investments
Project (2025):
- Review and evaluate the readiness of SCG, potential spin-off, timeline and impact.
- Review LPM product margin and market development strategy (including both organic and inorganic growth).
2. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the development, analysis, and presentation of long-range strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts.
Prepare financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic options, market opportunities, and potential risks.
Drive the capital allocation strategy, including ROI analysis and prioritization of investment.
Partner closely with senior business leaders (BU Heads) as a trusted financial advisor.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support critical business decisions (costing, new market entry, CAPEX, product development)
3. Risk Management & Corporate Governance
Assess and model key financial risks (interest rate, currency)
Support the development and implementation of financial policies and controls
Contribute to enterprise risk management frameworks
Work Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (Preferred professional certification: CPA, ACCA, ACMA, FMVA or equivalents).
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management accounting or FP&A. At least 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role is essential.
Mastery of financial modeling & valuation. Deep understanding of valuation methodologies
Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS and financial statement analysis)
Capital markets acumen: proven experience with debt/equity financing and capital structure analysis.
M&A experience: demonstrated involvement in the deal lifecycle (sourcing, due diligence, modeling and negotiation).
Advance analytical skills: ability to synthesize complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
