You will collaborate with top minds, grow through continuous learning, and benefit from an inclusive environment that rewards performance and celebrate achievements.Join Us and Make an Impact.As a Finance Manager, your focus will be lead the financial health and growth of your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Finance partnering to Country leaders to provide commercial support to the business in all aspects of sales, finance, working capital and etc.\xc2\xb7 Embed HGR and HSR MOS and ensure seamless execution of HSR requirements (MORs, STRAP, Forecast, AOP and etc.)\xc2\xb7 Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability\xc2\xb7 Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management Understand drivers of the Regions and partner to ensure growth with avoiding risks and converting opportunities\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies\xc2\xb7 Drive collective accountability (xSBG)\xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc request and special projectsKey Experience & Capabilities:

• \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles

• \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices

• \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills
