Job Description
As the Senior Finance Manager of the team, you will be responsible to oversee one of the main subsidiaries of the group. You will be overseeing the daily finance operations for the business that will directly impact the financial health of the business.
- Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualfiied (ACCA, CPA, MIA, ICAEW)
- Equipped with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Experienced in financial reporting, management reporting, compliance, taxation, financial analysis, month end closing, cash flow management, internal controls and etc
- Must be equipped with Property / Real Estate industry expertise
- Managerial experience to lead and guide a team
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong knowledge in MFRS
- Solid communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Property / Real Estate industry expertise
- Qualified accountant
- Must be based in Kuala Lumpur
