We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance to join our team at a Multinational Organization (MNC), a newly established personal care products manufacturing startup located in Kulai, Johor. Job Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Monitor and report on financial performance against budgetary goals. 2. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. 4. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs. Implement strategies to optimize working capital efficiency. 5. Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance. Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective controls. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights. Provide financial guidance and support to department heads. 7. Audit Support: Facilitate external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes. Requirement: Bachelor\'s Degree and/or professional qualifications in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, with 3 years\' experience in financial accounting, preferably in manufacturing companies. Required skill: Hands-on with accounting software (SQL, UBS, AutoCount and ERP), good Microsoft application knowledge (Microsoft excel & word). Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in (speak and read) Chinese, English and Bahasa. Location: Johor Bahru.
