Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will lead and develop the finance team & function with a strong focus on business partnering & commercial support. This role requires strong leadership in accounting & finance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.

• Lead commercial finance support across pricing strategy, customer profitability, and deal evaluation to drive margin improvement and sustainable growth.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver financial insights that support strategic decisions and day-to-day performance management.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for pricing, cost-to-serve analysis, and scenario planning to support commercial initiatives.
• Analyse revenue streams, cost drivers, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for efficiency, optimisation, and growth.
• Support the design and implementation of pricing frameworks and commercial policies that balance competitiveness with profitability.
• Own the management reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and relevant financial insights are delivered to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-finance teams across the business.
• Collaborate with business units to improve forecasting accuracy and ensure alignment between financial plans and operational execution.
• Contribute to business cases for new initiatives, service enhancements, and market expansion opportunities.

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools to streamline processes.
