Looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager for an established international standard organisation with Asia HQ based in KL. Your new role Assist the Finance Director in running the accounting and finance matters of the organisation. The position will be responsible for managing the financial operations which includes overseeing all aspects of the organisation\'s financial matters including accounting, audit, budgeting and tax. Ensure that all accounting records are properly maintained. Responsible to ensure completeness of group consolidated financial reporting, statutory reporting, audit, tax and other reporting requirements in adherence to financial reporting standards and relevant regulatory requirements. Work with the Finance Director in the preparation of annual budgets and perform periodic reporting to allow for effective monitoring of budget and for management to perform periodic budget review. Recommend improvements to finance and accounting areas of the organisation and work closely with stakeholders within the organisation when necessary Liaise with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests Lead and manage a team, including selection/hiring, objective setting, performance management, coaching/development, and on-the-job training. What you\'ll need to succeed Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting / Economics / Finance / Business, Chartered Accountant designation or equivalent Minimum 10 years of relevant fianncial reporting experience - within commercial or Shared Services. Experienced in staff development and establishing cooperation at all working levels and of different nationalities.
