Our Client
An award winning, public listed company in the manufacturing industry is keen to acquire talent as a Senior Finance Manager based in Rawang, Selangor. In this role, you will oversee the overall finance operations, management, and reporting across 4 businesses.

• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, applicable laws/regulations and the timely submission of financial reports in compliance with local financial guidelines, statutory requirements and group policies.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance including timely preparation of financial and management reports including tax & deferred tax computation as well as analysis of results.
• Perform financial planning, forecasting, modelling and analysis to support strategic decision making and lead in the finalization of the annual budget.
• Establish effective internal control procedures, including the control of cash flow and treasury
• Manage and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and alignment to Group objectives.
• Manage stakeholders and other external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc.
• Undertake other projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• At least 5 years of Finance experience in manufacturing environments. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Computer literate with experience on ERP system and knowledge of MS Office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, result oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
