An exciting Senior Finance Manager job opportunity has arisen in join a dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organisational targets and developing financial plans to support organisational strategies.

About the Senior Finance Manager Role:
Your role will involve preparing detailed financial reports, performing risk management duties, ensuring timely delivery of accurate financial reports and creating profit projections based on various factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, providing data-driven analyses and recommendations related to the company\'s financial goals
• Perform risk management by analysing the organisation\'s liabilities and investments
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L and cash flow statements
• Ensure high accuracy in financial forecasting based on company\'s past performances, internal and external factors that may affect revenue and expenses to create profit projections
• Plan, execute and oversee upgrades to financial systems, processes or technologies
• Manage or oversee independent auditors
• Review formal finance and IT related procedures to enforce policies or internal controls
• Advise on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Ensure compliance with the law and company\'s policies
• Manage the entire finance team to drive the financial planning for the company

The successful Senior Finance Manager brings a wealth of experience in finance management along with relevant auditing experience. You must also have excellent communication skills coupled with strong leadership qualities.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in finance management and relevant auditing experience
• Excellent communication skills with strong leadership qualities
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals with proficiency in accounting software
• Good analytical skills with a focus on compliance orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate and persuade others
