Job Description

A senior finance manager oversees financial operations, providing strategic leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with executive management to optimise financial performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive decision-making that aligns with the organisation\'s goals.

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department and propose for process improvement (such as setting up finance SOPs and structuring finance team reporting) to achieve higher degree of efficiency in processes and reliability of information produced;
• Prepares all statutory reporting and financial statements, budgets and reports on a timely basis;
• Liaising with the operational managers to produce monthly management accounts, providing commentary/analysis to the Management on variances;
• Develop, document, implement and maintain related systems (Microsoft Navision), controls, forecasting reviews, processes and procedures that meet the required standards;
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports;
• Monitor the Company\'s capital expenditure and return on investment;
• Coordinate, monitor and ensure full compliance of banks\' financing;
• Handles audit, treasury and banking, cash flow management, taxation, risk management, and various administration matters;
• Ensures a strong accounting, operational control environment and internal controls to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability;
• Leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual business plan which is aligned with the company\'s and brand\'s strategic direction; and
• Develop a strong financial control environment and provide meaningful financial information for decision making.

• Must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy and/or professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW) and preferably a member of MIA;
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in related field (experience in F&B is preferable);
• Knowledge of the ERP system will be an added advantage;
• Strong working knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; and
• Able to work under tight schedules and with flexibility to pursue changes in a dynamic working environment.
