This role offers the chance to report directly to the CEO and take responsibility for the development of financial strategies. The successful candidate will be accountable for a full spectrum of finance and accounting scope, ensuring compliance with Group Accounting Policies and managing accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reporting packs.

What you\'ll do:As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategies of our client\'s rapidly growing a healthcare business. You will be responsible for reviewing reports to ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policies, managing statutory accounts, management accounts, and business forecasts. Your role will also involve handling intercompany reconciliation and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reporting packs. Additionally, you will conduct analytical reviews of monthly results to identify key variances and trends. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorities will be a key part of your role, as well as liaising with external company secretarial agencies to meet all regulatory obligations.

• Review reporting to ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policies
• Manage statutory accounts, management accounts and business forecasts
• Handle intercompany reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reporting pack
• Conduct analytical reviews of monthly results to identify key variances and trends

What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience in finance, ideally with at least 10 years under their belt. Qualified accountants will find themselves at an advantage. A good understanding of MFRS/IFRS and tax regulations is essential, along with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is required. The successful candidate will be meticulous, able to handle challenges with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

• Minimum of 10 years\' work experience in finance
• Qualified accountants will have an added advantage
• Good knowledge in MFRS/IFRS and tax regulations
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle challenges with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
