About our client:
This company is a well-known MNC in the property development industry with proven track record in delivering high quality projecrts. They are looking to hire a senior finance professional to be based in Johor Bahru to support the senior management and lead the finance team.
Your key responsibilities includes:
- Financial reporting and analysis including preparation of monthly management accounts and liaison with tax agents and auditors.
- Handle tax planning and forecasting
- Manage cash flow
- Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
- Manage the entire finance team
- At least a bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, business partnering, and FP&A.
- Exposure in property development sector.
- Well-versed in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
