Job Description


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Finance or Accounting or Professional Certification in ACCA or equivalent.
  • A member of MIA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in finance/accounting managerial position, preferably with public listed entities.
  • Experience working in a construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Group Reporting and Consolidation.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented, possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent in MS Office application and generic computerised accounting systems.
Resourceful and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 12,000 to RM 15,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Annual Leave, Bonus, Group Insurance (Personal Accident & Hospitalization)
Working Days: 5 days work week

Our Client is a leading ICT system solutions provider for various industries that specializes in intelligent transportation system, rail systems and engineering, hospital information system, mechanical & electrical solutions.

Position: Senior Finance Manager
Location: Shah Alam

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for management and financial reporting in accordance to MFRS and Bursa Listing requirement.
  • Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Finance or Chief Financial Officer.
  • Prepare consolidated accounts and ensure the accounts are prepared accurately and timely for reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct, review, evaluate and implement corporate proposals, corporate finance initiatives and capital raising exercises.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors, company secretary, tax consultants, bankers, lawyers and other governing authorities pertaining to statutory requirements.
  • Managing internal control system.
  • Consolidate and review of routine management information including monthly financial accounts, budget, forecast and cash flow management.
  • Perform variance analysis and liaise with relevant business units or departments for financial performance.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies on projects to be undertaken by the Company.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and reporting to support business strategy for management decision making.
