Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Laos. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analysing financial data and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong quantitative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial analysis principle.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support management strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Provides necessary supports to management team to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of financial results.
• Assist in the preparation of financial dashboards and various meeting materials.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics, highlighting trends and providing insights to management.
• Perform analysis to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Any other assignments or projects which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of finance or analysis experience, big 4 consulting/auditing experience is plus.
• Able to permanently base in Laos.
• Ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization, communicating well with the stakeholders across functions/markets, is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
