Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and analysis of
financial reports, statements, and forecasts
to support strategic business decisions.
Oversee
month-end and year-end closing activities
, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Conduct
variance analysis
, identifying key financial drivers, trends, and areas for improvement.
Manage the
budgeting and forecasting process
, providing financial insights and recommendations to management.
Review and enhance financial data accuracy through
reconciliations and detailed analytical reviews
.
Prepare and deliver
presentations and reports
for management and executive review.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to provide
financial guidance and support
business initiatives.
Oversee
client payment schedules, Statements of Accounts (SOA)
, and ensure accurate, timely collections and disbursements.
Review and approve
employee expense claims
and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead the preparation of
Project Profit & Loss (P&L)
reports, analyze margins, and propose strategies to improve profitability.
Conduct
financial planning and forecasting
to estimate fund availability and cash flow needs for upcoming periods.
Identify, recommend, and implement
finance process improvements
to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Support
ad-hoc financial projects
, including system enhancements, audits, and business analysis initiatives.
Mentor junior finance team members, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing to support team growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics
, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years
of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) roles.
Strong expertise in
financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
.
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and experience with
financial systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
