KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Collaborate with Finance in identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve Finance operations.
2. Facilitate the review of systems and procedures, analyse associated risks and controls, identify opportunities for enhancement through digitalization and automation, recommend appropriate and cost-effective solutions, develop business cases and seek approval from the appropriate stakeholders for implementation.
3. Plan and implement initiatives to increase awareness and upskilling of digital knowledge and build overall Digital and Continuous Improvement Culture in Finance.
4. Monitor and update Finance Digitalisation Roadmap by collaborating with wider Finance.
5. Project manage various Finance Transformation initiatives and other relevant strategic projects championed by Finance or in collaboration with ICT and other Departments or Business Units by facilitating planning, risk management, tracking, monitoring and reporting the progress and outcomes of the initiatives and ensure integration of different solutions to minimise disruptions and maximise benefits from the implementation.
6. Participate in relevant Finance transformation projects, and work with Finance and other departments to implement proper change management to support the rollout of the transformation projects.
7. Keep abreast with the developments of the latest technology in the areas of Finance operations and identify potential tools and solutions that may be relevant to Finance.

MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:

  • Perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure, and the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
  • Fast-paced work environment requiring agility and resilience.
  • Complexity in stakeholders\' management.
  • The need to constantly upskill technical knowledge.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • A recognised degree in the field of accounting, finance, or computer science / information communication and technology or equivalent.
  • Professional Experience - Minimum 6 years professional experience in project management and involved in the delivery of complex IT development or deployment project.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP System (especially SAP FICO) is a plus.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Strong proficiency in Project Management, Process Improvement/Business Process Reengineering, Continuous Improvement and Quality Management principles, practices and tools.
  • Familiar with ERP systems, data analytics, and demonstrate strong understanding on IoT, Blockchain, Machine Learning and other emerging technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills and should be detailed oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing and power-point applications.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the business and its industry.
Preference will be given to internal candidate.
