• Performing comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting
• Collaborating with local stakeholders to develop accurate and timely budgets and forecasts
• Providing financial insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
• Continuing evaluating and innovatively enhancing/automating financial processes, tools, and methodologies
• Working closely with REPH accounting team and GOTC Fulfilment teams to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting of actuals
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, regional finance teams, and senior management

Requirements

• Possess extensive knowledge of financial analysis techniques, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Be proficient in financial software applications, ERP systems, and possess strong MS Excel skills
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Be able to work independently (and as part of a team), manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic matrix environment
