We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and systems, with the ability to blend accounting knowledge and IT logic to enhance reporting, forecasting, and financial planning capabilities. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, global environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's Financial Close, Consolidation, Reporting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Forecasting processes.
Prepare and maintain month-end and quarter-end financial packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with collection, entry, review, and presentation of forecast, AOP, and Long-Range Plan data in Hyperion Planning.
Support month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities.
Provide resources and support to Finance staff on financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures to optimize the use of financial systems.
Track and report on restructuring savings, expenses, capital expenditures, and working capital requirements.
Lead and collaborate on ad hoc financial and operational requests.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in financial analysis, preferably within a complex global organization.
Hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning and SmartView is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle experience is advantageous.
Experience in a vertically integrated organization, preferably manufacturing, is preferred.
