Job Responsibilities :

Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and quarterly reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate reporting and submission of financial data. Review subsidiaries' taxation and deferred tax computations to ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submissions. Analyze the Group's financial reporting packages and provide insightful financial analysis. Ensure all financial reports comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Bursa Malaysia listings and other relevant guidelines. Manage elimination of intercompany transactions and balances accurately in consolidated reports. Prepare and coordinate corporate announcements to Bursa Malaysia such as quarterly results, material transactions, and shareholding changes. Ensure adherence to Listing Requirements, Companies Act 2016, Securities Commission guidelines, and related regulatory frameworks. Liaise with Company Secretary and external advisors on corporate compliance matters. Assist in preparing materials for Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings including financial reports, circulars, and documentation. Maintain records of board resolutions, meeting minutes, and corporate approvals in a timely and organized manner. Support compliance with corporate governance policies and related regulatory updates. Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial reports for public dissemination. Collaborate closely with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to assure compliance and readiness for audits. Validate accuracy and consistency of all disclosures in alignment with IFRS/MFRS standards and Bursa Malaysia regulations. Support preparation of investor communications including Annual Reports, AGM/EGM packs, press releases, and Q&A briefings. Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve performance and professional growth aligned with team objectives. Perform any other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications are a plus Minimum 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance, preferably within multinational corporations or public listed companies Strong expertise in preparing consolidated financial statements, quarterly reports, and group reporting packages In-depth knowledge of IFRS/MFRS reporting standards, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, Companies Act 2016, and Securities Commission guidelines Proven ability to coordinate timely submission of financial data and tax compliance across subsidiaries Skilled in managing intercompany eliminations and ensuring accuracy in consolidated financials Experience preparing corporate disclosures, financial announcements, and investor communications Effective liaison with auditors, tax consultants, regulators, and company secretaries to maintain regulatory compliance Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial data, perform variance analysis, and support Board and Committee reporting Leadership capabilities to guide and develop junior team members and promote continuous improvement in financial processes Proficient in financial systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and MS Office applications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic reporting deadlines and ad-hoc tasks

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
