Job Description

Salary Offer: RM4,500 - RM5,300 / Per Month

Transport Allowance: RM350

Contract period : 12 months contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Location: Persiaran Teknologi 4 Techpark , Enstek, 71760 Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Resposibilities:

• Partner with GL team to challenge and highlight gaps in accounting during month-end closing, provide variance analysis on OPEX items for monthly closing review

• Assist monthly Business Review presentation deck, provides OPEX highlight within 1st week of month closing

• Partner with Capex requestors to understand capex needs, validate data and present justifications on Capex spends. Ensure proper documentation and approval process for all capex additions and disposals. Monitor capex spend budget via System WBS functionality

• Partnering with Commercial Finance and GL teams to monitor marketing spends to ensure spends are within Budget and appropriate approval for budget shifts obtained. Monitor marketing spend budget via System WBS functionality

• Lead monthly OPEX review with respective budget owners, provide OPEX insights

• Drive ownership of costs via effective bottoms up budgeting & identify opportunities and risks during annual budget & monthly forecast submissions

• Support other ad-hoc projects, reporting and financial analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent qualifications
• Relevant working experience approximate 4-6 years
• Good understanding and experience in FPA & FMCGs would be preferred
• Strong analytical and influencing skills to communicate effectively across all levels and work well across teams within the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
