The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Flutter and mobile app development, a passion for technology, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to completion. As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing high-quality, scalable applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that our mobile solutions meet the highest standards of performance and usability.Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
• Architect, design, and implement new features and maintain existing ones.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and practices.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in Flutter development.
• Strong understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Proven experience in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies and debugging tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Familiarity with data science and custom API development.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
