This company is a subsidiary of a multinational property development company whose presence spans across North America, Oceania, and Malaysia. They are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team and support the CFO, based in Johor.
Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Responsible for detailed analysis of group financial performance.
- Active involvement in financial modelling and relevant market research activities.
- Prepare forecast and budgeting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Work closely with all departments in the company as part of information collection.
- Participate in strategic meetings with the group and the management team.
- At least a bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.).
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in full-set accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Possess strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure.
- Display strong desire and proactivity to learn and grow within their team.
