WE ARE HIRING: Senior Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js to join a high-performing technology team supporting enterprise-scale digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications within an Agile environment.
Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end application development, working closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable and modular system designs
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into responsive and accessible user interfaces
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Webpack, and Babel
• Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Ability to design and interpret UI/UX flows using Figma
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Strong understanding of software security best practices
