Key Responsibilities

Technical Development & Mentoring
? Web Application Development: Build modern, scalable web applications for our retail operations
? API Development & Integration: Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs for platform integration with ERP (Microsoft Navision), WMS, TMS, consignment and POS systems
? Dashboard & UI Implementation: Create responsive dashboards and reporting interfaces for business intelligence
? Business Logic & Workflow Engines: Implement complex business rules and automated workflow systems
? Code Review & Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high coding standards

Platform Development
? Lead development of AI-powered analytics platforms and business intelligence systems
? Build enterprise applications with enhanced reliability and flexible pricing strategies
? Implement system integration projects across multiple enterprise platforms
? Develop customer intelligence platforms and workflow automation systems

Collaboration & Innovation
? Work closely with Solutions Architect on system architecture and technical decisions
? Collaborate with Project Manager to provide effective solutions to end users
? Partner with Data Engineer to implement data-driven functionalities
? Contribute to technology stack selection and development best practices

Essential Requirements
Education
? Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical Skills
? 3-5+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise environments with end-to-end web application development
? AI Coding Proficiency: Expert proficiency in using AI coding tools and agents (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI-assisted development platforms)
? Frontend Expertise: Proficient in React/Vue.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
? Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js/Python/Java and API development
? Database Skills: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and database design
? Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Data & Analytics Focus
? Data Analytics & BI Development: Experience building data-driven applications and business intelligence solutions
? Data Pipeline Integration: Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouse connectivity ? Reporting Systems: Experience with dashboard development and real-time reporting
? API & Microservices: Strong background in designing scalable, maintainable API architectures

Soft Skills & Experience
? Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, system thinking, and creative approach to complex problem-solving
? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
? Agile Development: Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and iterative development
? Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor junior engineers
? Business Acumen: Understanding of retail/manufacturing business processes (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are not mandatory but would be advantageous: Technical Advantages
? Domain Experience: Previous experience in retail/e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, supply chain solutions, financial reporting systems, or customer intelligence platforms
? Knowledge of AI/ML integration in web applications
? Mobile app development experience (React Native/Flutter)
? Familiarity with RPA tools and process automation
? Experience with Microsoft ERP systems (Navision, Business Central) or similar enterprise solutions Industry Experience
? End-to-End Application Development: Demonstrated experience building complete web applications from conception to deployment in domains such as:
? Data analytics and business intelligence platforms
? Inventory planning and supply chain management systems
? Financial reporting and reconciliation systems
? Customer intelligence and CRM platforms
? Enterprise helpdesk and workflow automation systems

? Understanding of enterprise system integrations and API development

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,334.49 - RM13,056.07 per month
