Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives in a fast-paced, enterprise-level setting.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web/mobile apps using React.js, React Native, and .NET Core, ensuring clean and efficient code. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor developers, promoting a collaborative and high performance culture. Agile Project Management: Drive Agile practices and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. Architecture & Design: Design multi-platform front-end architecture aligned with industry standards. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, promoting best development practices. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to governance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise or regulatory environments, preferably in the BFSI sector. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with:
1. React.js, React Native, Javascript / Typescript
2. .NET Core and backend development
3. MS SQL or similar relational databases

Preferred Skills

Experience with additional front-end frameworks like Angular or Flutter. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Familiarity with integration practices and backend technologies. Bonus: Membership with MBOT (Malaysia Board of Technologists).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,754.09 - RM10,000.00 per month
