• Involve providing engineering services for test solutions and products spanning various industries.
• You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team within the company, Product Development, and Product Commercialization.

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in multiple phases of the product realization process, including conceptualization, design, commercialization, manufacturing, fulfillment, and sustainment.
• Independently develop high-quality, cost-appropriate engineering/product concepts that meet customer requirements without guidance from mentors or functional management.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of relevant tools and equipment for design tasks such as creation, analysis, and verification.
• Participate in proposal development by identifying project tasks, durations, interdependencies, risks, and assumptions.
• Effectively communicate with customers (internal and external) through various channels (teleconference, email, in-person) regarding technical aspects of the projects.
• Develop and implement functional test solutions that meet customer\'s product requirements.
• Conduct test specification analysis, define test specifications, design test system/fixture hardware, develop software, and engage with mechanical vendors for mechanical design.
• Carry out implementation activities including system integration, software coding, debugging, test system build support, installation, user training, and start-up support.
• Perform test performance characterization, considering aspects such as test coverage, programming/calibration functions, automation, repeatability, reliability, safety, ergonomics, and supportability.
• Act as a strong technical contributor and mentor junior engineers to ensure the success of Functional Test Projects and the Functional Test Team.
• Continuously contribute to the improvement and growth of the Functional Test Team.
• Participate in the business aspect by developing quotations for new functional test development project opportunities.
• Fulfill additional tasks assigned by the company as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronic engineering or a related field.
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant work experience specifically in the development of functional test systems.
• Proficient in programming, with a preferred experience in C++, LabView, and TestStand.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical circuitry and analysis of test specifications, with the ability to quickly develop technical proficiency in different functional test requirements such as Environment Stress Screen (ESS) test, PCBA level functional test, High-Level Assembly (HLA) functional test, Hipot test, and others.
• Expertise in handling and remotely controlling measurement instruments including Digital Multimeter (DMM), Oscilloscope, Controllable Power Supply, LCR meters, and other test measurement instruments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Passionate and highly collaborative team player.
• Excellent understanding of the business/market needs for Functional Test projects.
