You have experience with all areas of design, including gameplay, systems, and economy. You have an acute awareness of F2P mobile games and understand how design can maximise results while ensuring a focus on the player experience. You are someone who excels in a creative environment and someone who enjoys working with accomplished people on outstanding products. What You Can Expect To Work On Design compelling games of skill that appeal to a modern mobile audience Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for F2P games Use an iterative, data-driven approach to design games Create and validate detailed design specifications, with supporting data and documentation Clearly communicate every detail of the game\'s design to the team Maintain regular feedback channels to keep the team unblocked and aligned Improving designs based on playtests, game metrics, team input and community feedback Collaborating with cross-functional teams including artists, animators, modellers, developers and producers to get support from the team and guide a project from initial design to final production Being resourceful and solving problems using the tools and time/scope available to create unique and fun experiences for players Requirements Experience: 5+ years leading design teams with experience delivering high-quality experiences on mobile. Experience with mobile game development, free-to-play business model, and how design and the business models work together Communication Skills: Outstanding written, and oral communication team Thoughtful Problem Solving: Build a structured approach for complex game systems that maintain game quality while minimising complexity Technical Abilities: Exposed with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent task tracking and collaborative environments Flexibility: Remain flexible in the changing priorities, while work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Benefits We Listen.
