Kelayakan

• Senior Geotechnical Engineer with at least 5 years\' experience in geotechnical design, analysis and writing technical proposals.
• Proficient in the use of geotechnical-related software, as well as knowledge in soil mechanics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and AutoCAD.
• Independent, demonstrate strong analytical thinking and able to have prompt, open and direct communications with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project expectations.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experienced in conducting SPT, sample collection, field and laboratory analysis of soils.
• Experience, education or training in Engineering Geology is a plus.

Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical)

Tanggungjawab

1) Design support for tenders: -

• Review and summarize soil condition reports, tender specifications and requirements.
• Identify and summarise geotechnical problems and technical risk.
• Analyze geotechnical problems and draft technical proposal.

2) Design-related coordination work for ongoing projects:

• Perform analysis and design in accordance with current legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Guide and train junior engineers.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings with the assistance of draughtsperson.
• Conduct regular site visits to integrate design concept and actual ground conditions.
• Quality Control (QC) review and verification between design assumptions and actual site conditions.
• Carry out geotechnical analysis and design using tools such as Slope/W and Plaxis software.
• Conduct back analysis and research for future improvement based on actual performance and as-built data.
• Prepare technical proposal for remedial work during construction when required.
• Liaise with clients/consultants/ sub-contractors on technical related issues.
