Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GM Land & Development to provide real estate investment development support on a wide variety of Land and Development projects in accordance to syariah compliance and strategic monitoring of the institutionalized parties related to all investment development. Duties and Responsibilities: . Build market and business relationships through active networking inside and outside the company as part of addressing investors internal priorities and maintaining complete familiarity with the real estate market and trends. . Lead negotiating efforts and devise business development strategies and positions with new and current investors/developers. . Coordinate requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with development operations. . Assist in preparation of delivery pitches for potential investors/developers. . Professionally handle incoming requests from investors/developers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. . Understand investors/developers needs and offer solutions and support. . Prepare and recommend the land and development operational budget requirements with financial and business justification and aware of anticipated investments and returns. . Direct land and development activities and provide strategic leadership and tactical implementation for the organization\'s real estate projects. . Prepare land and development \'s operational business plans, investment strategy, sale and lease strategy, of the real estate projects. . Prepare the delivery strategy of the development, coordinate with and integrate the input from other support functions technical, legal, finance, market research, sales and marketing and Facilities Management to deliver the project development plan. . Produce consolidated high level executive reports, showing a clear picture of the entirety of the works within the real estate portfolio, recommending the strategy, and highlighting all critical issues, recommending actions and measures. Requirements: . Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related field. . At least 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on land and development. . Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Ability to create and manage budgets. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
