Kelayakan

• A minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field from a recognized institution.

• At least 2-3 years of graphic design experience, with a strong preference for previous agency experience.

• An impressive portfolio that showcases a wide range of design work, including brand development, digital and interactive design, and conceptual thinking.

• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & Midjourney)

• Exceptional ability to present and argue for your designs to clients and team members, with persuasive clarity.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

• A passion for design, a pulse on current trends, and a desire to produce pioneering creative work.

Tanggungjawab

• To support Marketing Team and Art Director for any design-related tasks.

• Brainstorm ideas with Art Director.

• Staying up to date on industry trends and developments then promote them within the team.

• Collaborate with team members on all creative and design needs, including but not limited to print designs (flyers, banners, buntings, etc.), digital design (web design, social media post, EDM, etc.), infographic designs, presentation deck, branding concept & applications, creative ideation and conceptualization.

• Work with copywriters and team to produce final design.

• Work with team members to develop concepts, and ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

• Team oriented but also able to work independently.
