Kelayakan

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate DIploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 4-5 years designer experience
• Agency experience is an added advantage.
• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
• Strong vision, art sense
• Good communication skills, flexible and the ability to explore new ideas.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional creative designs and creative thinking.
• Staying up to date on industry trends and developments then promote them within the team.
• Proficient in Adobe creative suite Software
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom etc)
• Portfolio will be required if shortlisted for interview.
• 3D software, Adobe InDesign is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

• To provide creative direction to develop new design concept, graphics, layouts, photography and feedback/consultation/suggestion as and when required.
• To assist in every aspect of content creation and development.
• Brainstorming and ideal generation in terms of new website features & creative user interface.
• Liaise with different department to make our design live & creative2
• Graphic Design / Visual Communication/ Product Design/ Events - Graphic for website, layout design, marketing material.
• Create multiple graphics to deliver business message and usability from a user point of view (user and experiential experience).
• Example: Promotional program poster, infographics, website banner, poster, photo frame, dashboard and report layout, and more.
• Working with the product / marketing team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand guidelines and production standards and follow best practices
• Handle creative tasks for group of companies ranging from social media post, short videos, collateral design, catalog, and production.
• Brainstorm ideas for different projects and produce artworks, including but not limited to prints designs
• Develop concepts, and ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Team oriented but also able to work independently.
