Technical Skills (Mandatory Proficiency) ?
Adobe Photoshop (Ps): Expert level proficiency for image manipulation, retouching, compositing, and visual effects in graphic design.
Adobe Illustrator (Ai): Expert level proficiency for vector graphics, logo design, illustration, and creating scalable artwork.
Adobe After Effects (Ae): Advanced to Expert level proficiency for 2D motion graphics, kinetic typography, animation, and compositing.
Adobe Premiere Pro (PR): Solid proficiency for video editing and post-production workflows.
Education & Experience
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a creative or advertising, event management agency setting in Malaysia.
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing senior-level graphic design (KVs, branding) and complex motion graphics/animation work is mandatory.
Soft Skills & Industry Knowledge
Creative & Conceptual Thinking: Proven ability to generate original, campaign-worthy ideas from a brief.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and production processes for both print and digital media.
Adaptability: Ability to handle diverse projects simultaneously and adapt design styles to suit various clients and industries.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to articulate creative rationale to team members and clients.
Proactive & Independent: Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Key Visual (KV) Conception & Design:
Lead the conceptualisation and design of compelling Key Visuals (KV) and creative campaigns for client brands, ensuring alignment with brief objectives, brand guidelines, and local market relevance.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and final artworks that set the creative direction for a campaign.
Design Adaptation (Digital & Print):
Adapt approved Key Visuals into a comprehensive range of design assets for both digital (social media, website banners, display ads, emailers) and print (brochures, posters, packaging, event collateral).
Ensure all designs are correctly prepared for final output, including colour modes, resolution, and technical specifications for mass production (e.g., print-ready files).
Motion Graphics Production:
Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animation, and video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and events.
Specifically design and animate content for non-standard formats such as LED screens, digital billboards, and large-format event displays.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account Managers to pitch ideas, receive feedback, and deliver projects on time and budget.
Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to design standards.
Quality & Trend Monitoring:
Maintain absolute attention to detail in all work, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and technical feasibility.
Stay updated with the latest Malaysian and global design, animation, and advertising trends and technologies.
