Role Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the visual design efforts of the organization, translating concepts and ideas into compelling visual assets. Your role involves overseeing design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual identity across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.
• Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials and platforms.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines based on design trends and industry best practices.
• Create multimedia assets, including infographics, video graphics, and interactive design elements.
• Collaborate with video production teams to enhance visual storytelling.
• Design marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms, such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various digital platforms and devices.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
