Be a Senior Graphic Designer at Puzzle Planet

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and manage other designers on the team.
• Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Displays excellent attention to detail and ensures that all design work is accurate and meets project requirements.
• Applies brand standards, creative standards, typography, color, imagery, layout, composition, and other design elements to create innovative and on-strategy creative solutions that align with the project\'s overall strategy and goals.
• Familiarity with social media and digital advertising requirements is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in advertising/media/marketing-related fields.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written).
• Minimum educational requirement: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Textile/Fashion Design, or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
• Required language: English. Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable.

Tanggungjawab

• Lead design projects and manage the design process from start to finish
• Develop and execute design concepts that meet the management\'s requirements and effectively communicate their message to their intended audience
• Use various software applications, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign, to create designs using typography, imagery, color, and layout
• Collaborate with other team members, such as copywriters, web developers, and account managers, to ensure that design projects are completed successfully
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that design projects align with the company\'s overall marketing strategy and objectives
• Design printing materials for outlets, such as window displays, promotional information, and other materials, to effectively communicate the brand\'s message and values
• Deal directly with printers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality printing of all materials
• Review and approve the work of junior designers, ensuring that IT is of high quality and meets the management\'s requirements
• Research current design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure that designs are fresh, innovative, and effective
• Design websites, apps, and EDM to ensure an engaging user experience and effectively communicate the brand\'s message and values
• Handle social media posts, creating and posting content across various platforms and engaging with followers
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback related to custom-made puzzle orders, addressing any concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
