Responsibilities:

Lead the design team in developing creative concepts and visual assets for marketing campaigns, product packaging, and digital content. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure cohesive and engaging brand visuals. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality design output. Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (digital, print, packaging). Proficient in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
