We are currently looking for a thoughtful, creative and open-minded communicator. As a Creative Junior Designer, you will be working with a team of 10 and will be based out of our office in Bangsar South, KL in a Full-Time role and you will be reporting to the Communications and Branding Lead.

You will fit in well if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with motivated teammates. Your application will stand out if you can express your thoughts with creativity, logic and clarity.

To be successful in this role, you need to:

• Think on your feet and design on the fly
• Develop and conceptualise engaging creative visual direction for corporate and activation campaigns.
• Design and oversee visual production across all departments. From EDMs, social media postings and employee engagement activities to corporate collaterals and merchandise, your creativity will touch every part of Averis and our sister companies
• Maintain high standards of designing and exercise quality control across all deliverables as well as set the visual identity for the brand
• Collaborate with copywriters to develop engaging and inspiring copies and creatives
• Work closely with other departments to determine consistency in visual tone and style, ensuring that it complements the copy and company direction
• Familiar with social media platforms, updated with current news, trends and sustainability topics
• Photography and videography skills are an advantage to create social media content

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in Advertising/Digital Marketing/Design/Communications/Multimedia Design or other related fields

• At least 2 to 3 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role
